Waitress-assisted menu. Cost £27.95 to include service staff, VAT,linen table cloths and napkins, china, table menus, silver cutlery. Minimum 60.

An excellent three course meal with fresh ground  coffee, every course except the main served at table.

FIRST COURSE
French Bread and Italian Ciabatta,unsalted Butter
Tricolore avocado, fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, basil dressing

MAIN COURSE (from the buffet)
Baked Fillet of Salmon, with Lime Mayonnaise
Roast Scotch Sirloin of Beef with Watercress and Radishes
Turkey Fillet Caesar; with egg, capers, anchovy and lemon dressing
Mushroom and Onion Flan
New Potatoes with Mint

SALADS
Nicoise - Romaine Lettuce,Tomatoes, French Beans, Black Olives, Eggs
Pasta with Red Pesto, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Peas
Waldorf - celery, apples, walnuts, lettuce
Mexican - Wild & White Rice, Kidney Beans, Peppers, Raisins, Sweetcorn

DESSERT
Chocolate Mousse Roulade
